Brisbane Camperland | Jayco

Jaycos are not what they were cracked up to be. We waited a year for ours. Bought it brand new and we were so excited. Once money was exchanged… well no one cared about the lack of quality. It had a leak, the pump leaked and no one wanted to accept responsibility. The cabinetry was all out of alignment, draws and doors wouldn’t open properly, the power and pump would just suddenly stop working despite reading full charge. The toilet holder and towel rack fell off, all the screw covers fell off, the cupboard handles got stuck and wouldn’t open properly, some catches were missing… we only used it 5 times but found something wrong eaxh time. It made camping not fun and we regretted getting rid of our old 1996 Windsor trustar! We just sold it and got a NewGen- highly recommend the New Gens, so much better quality . Jayco used to be a trusted name. Now there is no quality assurance. They are poorly made and it is a shame no one is accountable for this lack of care. I recommend you shop elsewhere… if you want quality then DO NOT buy a jayco!

We had been looking around for about 12 months trying to decide on a caravan / Camper.. we had almost purchased another brand of camper but kept being drawn to the JPods , so we took a trip to Brisbane Camperland and OMG what an awesome experience it’s just like going to a caravan and camping show , so many displays and so much to choose from, anyway we met up with James our sales person who took us through the JPods , we finally decided on the outback model , James was fantastic and very knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble , I would definitely recommend Brisbane Camperland and James to anyone thinking of buying a caravan or camper , I must also thank Jennifer in Finance for her help which was also awesome,, all up a great experience. Thankyou guys for making our decision easy .

We had been to the Brisbane Caravan and camping show in 2021 and were all set to buy from another company. Due diligence by my husband we realised we couldn’t tow it legally so we went back to square one and went to Brisbane Camperland where we met James early 2022. We ordered with James early May 2022 our Jayco Journey Outback 19ft based on brand, service centers, quality product and workmanship, resale value and above all recommendations. James has been excellent through out the whole process and was very patient with all our questions, concerns and emails. This is our first caravan and a retirement bucket list for my husband. We picked up our caravan yesterday and Brogan went through the handover with us, another excellent young man who was patient and gave us great advice much appreciated Brogan. Highly recommend Brisbane Camperland, great company lots of options on site but above all wonderful service from staff.

Fantastic service from beginning to end in purchasing our Jayco Lark. James Fernance was so helpful. He handled all aspects of The purchase and pick up really well and was very friendly to deal with. Hand over was particularly impressive. Can’t remember the name of the guy but he was fantastic. So thorough and clear in explaining every step of the process of putting the camper up and taking it down as well as All The gadgets inside and out. The whole centre is impressive and well worth a visit. All staff within the office were also very helpful and we were Made comfortable and welcome. Totally recommend.

Very disappointed with the service i was given on Wednesday 17th Jan 2024. The problem was none that's right no service at all I was there for over half hour walking in and out of the jayco all terrain pop tops and journey outback's and you think one person would come near me? No not one and if anyone one has been there the 18ft all terrain pops are right in front of there office pretty much. What ever happened to the day when you walk into a car or caravan yard and salesman would be straight over trying to help answer any questions and trying to sell you something. That definitely has gone out the window these days I'm the one paying yous are selling so yous should be making so effort.
